Genelec HT206 Active Home Theater System

The bi-amplified Genelec HT206 is a two way active speaker designed for high quality Home Theater systems. The speaker unit contains drivers, power amplifiers, active crossover filtering and protection circuitry. The Directivity Control Waveguide™ (DCW™) technology used provides excellent frequency balance even in difficult acoustic environments.

This very compact 2 way bookshelf speaker system is ideal for both full range stereo and 5.1 listening. It shares much with its smaller sibling, the HT205, but has greater bass extension and SPL output.

Genelec HT206 was in production during the years of 1999 - 2003 and was replaced with HT206B.
